Kevin Boylan is an Architectural Consultant by profession and is a man who knows about property. Over the last year he has identified what he considers a very obvious gap in the market for a ‘Donegal only’ property website. Aptly named www.propertyindonegal.ie, the site is modern and user-friendly, and will list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent throughout the county.

 

It is another example of entrepreneurial spirit in Donegal which brings a simple idea and technology together.

 

Says Kevin, “The web is so important in selling property and it occurred to me that we don’t have our own Donegal property site so i have spent the last year developing www.propertyindonegal.ie. The site is easy to use and an easy resource to find out about property in the county.”

 

The site will be up and running this month and we already have a large number of local estate agents who will be listing their properties on it.

The site is aimed at local buyers and sellers of houses in Donegal. It will also list rental properties which will be a great resource for landlords.

 

Kevin has an extensive advertising and promotion campaign booked to start running in the next couple of weeks. It will run in Donegal and NI. “By the end of July, if you haven’t heard of the site, you must be hiding. We will launch this month and continue to run our campaign until the end of the year.
