Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

By January 2009 all buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented
out, will require a certificate by law. The Energy Performance
Certificate provides \'A\' to \'G\' ratings for the building, with \'A\' being the
most energy efficient and \'G\' being the least, with the average to date
being \'D\'.

DD Energy produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) alongside
an associated report which suggests improvements to make your
home more energy efficient.
