Our services can be tailored to suit the client\'s requirements in this aspect. Based on the recommendations of our reports we can provide a full design service for remedial works and we have extensive experience in the refurbishment of existing buildings.
 In the aspect of dealing with Insurance claims we provide professional assistance to Loss Assessors & Adjuster\'s, Insurance Companies & the Policyholder.
On behalf of the Policyholder we can extend our services to negotiating claims in the areas of Fire, Flooding, Impact, Subsidence, Water Damage etc. We take care of their negotiations with the Insurers whereby we prepare our own technical report on the damage. This report includes designs & estimates of re-instatement work.
Our brief is to maximise the Client\'s Claim to ensure a satisfactory settlement and to make certain that all appropriate repairs and reinstatement are accomplished - by supervision of the work on behalf of the Claimant - and to ensure also that the Claimant is not under-compensated. | |
